(Nasdaq/NM:SYPR) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 (three cents) per share. The dividend is unchanged from the previous quarterly dividend and will be payable on July 9, 2004 to shareholders of record as of June 18, 2004. Sypris Solutions currently has 17.8 million shares outstanding.
