(Nasdaq/NM: SYPR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 (two cents) per share on October 24, 2014. The dividend is unchanged from the previous quarterly dividend and will be payable on January 9, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 19, 2014. Sypris Solutions currently has 20.5 million shares outstanding.
