LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 31, 2014-- Sypris Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM: SYPR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 (two cents) per share on July 29, 2014. The dividend is unchanged from the previous quarterly dividend and will be payable on October 10, 2014 to shareholders of record as of September 19, 2014. Sypris Solutions currently has 20.5 million shares outstanding.
