Effective as of November 16, 2009,
Sypris Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) awarded special
compensation awards (“Awards”) to certain employees of the Company relating to
their roles in the disposition of Sypris Test & Measurement,
Inc. Recipients of the Awards, included named executive officer
Richard L Davis and Chief Financial Officer Brian A. Lutes, each of whom was
awarded $95,000 in cash payments from the proceeds of such
disposition.
